Many people feel overwhelmed when trying to start a diet, unsure of where to begin. Strict restrictions often bring unintended challenges, making it easy to lose motivation and give up too soon.
If someone's feeling overwhelmed about where to start with nutrition, what's one simple step they can take today?
My first recommendations are almost always, incorporate ONE more serving of a fruit or vegetable daily and drink a glass of water first thing in the morning.
What does a session with you involve?
During our session we will discuss your goals, struggles, and create actionable steps for you to begin implementing into your daily routine. I will work with you to help you feel supported and capable of succeeding!
What kind of results can I expect?
Clients have successfully reached goals such as losing weight, increasing energy levels, sleeping better, discovering food sensitivities, and learning to fuel their body properly.
What's the most rewarding part of helping someone transform their eating habits?
I love seeing people make transformations by committing to small intentional changes. Never underestimate the power of seemingly small changes to your daily habits.
How does your coaching approach differ from generic diet plans?
I do not provide a diet plan. I help clients identify where their diet is lacking or where they are over indulging and we come up with steps that build unpon one another to transform the way they are fueling their bodies on a daily basis. Through this process we may also identify food items that are triggering unwanted reactions such as bloating and discomfort.
